Matthew McConaughey, Emma Stone and Friends Sing ‘I Will Survive’ Before Trump Inauguration

Donald Trump’s Inauguration is just a few days away and folks in Hollywood have been complaining ever since he upset Hillary Clinton in November to become the President-Elect. Last week several actors got together to film themselves singing Gloria Gaynor’s 70’s hit ‘I Will Survive’.

Emma Stone, Natalie Portman, Matthew McConaughey, Felicity Jones, Amy Adams, Andrew Garfield, Joel Edgerton and several others all take turns singing lines in the song in protest of Trump in the video. I don’t think the song is going to make a difference on Friday when Trump is sworn in as the next President of the United States but it is done in good fun. McConaughey is probably the biggest name in the video but I don’t think he’s big enough for the video to go viral and get people to watch it.

Liberals have been taking shots at Trump all weekend since he got into it on Twitter with Georgia Rep. John Lewis. This week is going to be a lot of fun for political junkies. It’s also likely to be a trainwreck too. Several democratic congressman and senators have vowed to boycott the event and stay at home instead of being there in Washington DC like most politicians do.
