Rick Santorum needs a strong showing in South Carolina to keep his campaign relevant. After a strong showing in Iowa Santorum faltered in New Hampshire last week. Santorum panders to the Evangelicals in the party and is stuck in a rut where he and Newt Gingrich are occupying the same space. Ron Paul and Mitt Romney are in the top two spots and the former Pennsylvania Senator will need to figure out a way to catch up before he gets left in the dust.
